Open Records Coordinator
Melissa Celaya joined the Open Records Department in May 2023. Previously, Melissa worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the Public Finance Division of the Attorney General’s Office and practiced tax law in the private sector for five years.
Melissa received her bachelor’s degree in Government from UT Austin in 2008 and her law degree from American University in 2011.
